The gut renovation of 15,000SF on the 2nd Floor of Harvard Law School’s Pound Hall was conducted on a fast-track schedule. The program consisted of installation of high-tech lecture hall, requiring all new structural steel, and classrooms, faculty offices, gathering spaces, and a kitchenette. Specialty millwork and audio visual equipment were long-lead items and required second and third shifts for the labor and installation of the materials once on site. Three new air handlers were installed. The project was completed on time for in-coming law students and faculty.
