Ronaldo Cheek is principal of Diversity Development. He took over operation of the company in 1998 and has more than twenty five years of experience in the contract compliance field. Previously, he practiced labor and employment law with private firms and public agencies. He has also headed various wage/hour and civil rights organizations.

Sean Ramsure is the newest member of Diversity Development supporting firm operations as it's office engineer. A recent graduate from Wentworth Institute of Technology's business management program, Sean brings a well-rounded base of experience managing contract compliance and data management issues.

Cynthia Murchison is an icon in the Boston area known for her extensive knowledge of the impact of construction on its communities. She has more than 10 years of experience interfacing with the unions, construction firms and government agencies to increase employment opportunities for under-represented groups. Prior to joining Diversity Development, she provided compliance services for construction managers and universities.

Of Counsel
William A. Lee established the consultancy Affirmative Action Management Associates during the Civil Rights era to monitor the employment practices of Harvard University's contractors. Previously, he worked for Harvard University and the City of New York. He also headed the Compliance Department for the $14 billion Central Artery Tunnel Project for Bechtel Parsons Brinckerhoff.
