Diversity Development  works to identify minority and women-owned businesses to submit bids on  contracts for:

• Design
• Engineering
• Construction
• Procurement

 We prepare  provisions for certified businesses for inclusion in various contracts with Owner's Representative contracts, Construction Manager Contracts,  and subcontractor agreements.
Diversity Development provides compliance monitoring services for M/W/DBE participation as well as well as establishing goals for all phases of the project.
We work to ensure that M/W/DBE certification is verified, supplement construction manager bid list with increased participation from M/W/DBEs, and monitoring compliance goals and provisions for certified businesses. Diversity Development also works to provide compliance services for entities that identify within the GBLT spectrum.
